Description |
Irish pop grroup Passion, one of the entrants in 'Eurosong '91', in a publicity shot taken in January 1991. The members of the group are Maura Donaghy (centre) and sisters Clare and Collette McLoone (unknown who is who). 'Eurosong' was the contest used to select a song to represent Ireland in the Eurovision Song Contest. 'Eurosong '91' was run over a number of weeks as part of RTÉ Television's 'Kenny Live' programme; the final was broadcast on 30 March 1991. The RTÉ Guide previewed the contestants on 29 March 1991. Passion's song was called 'Sa Deireadh Thiar'. |
