Irish actor Bosco Hogan in a publicity still, or possibly a test shot, for the RTÉ Television/Abbey Theatre colour co-production of the James Joyce play 'Exiles', taken outside the Scouts' Hall in Donnybrook, Dublin, during rehearsals on 28 November 1973. He played the part of Richard in this production. 'Exiles' was adapted for television by Wesley Burrowes; the cast from the Abbey Theatre 1973 stage production also appeared in this RTÉ version. 'Exiles' was first broadcast on RTÉ Television on 2 October 1974; the RTÉ Guide preview was published in its edition of 27 September 1974. |
