Actors in an airport in scene during filming of an episode of the RTÉ Television drama series 'Tolka Row', October 1965. Pictured left to right; Jim Bartley as Sean Nolan, Úna McCourt as Eileen Moore, Des Perry as Jack Nolan, Laurie Morton as Peggy Nolan and Paddy Long as Paddy Moore. The studio set represented Dublin Airport and the scene was shot for the episode featuring the characters Paddy and Eileen Moore and their children emigrating to Canada. 'Tolka Row' was based on Maura Laverty's stage play of the same name. It ran from 3 January 1964 to 7 June 1968. |
