| Description | Cait O'Riordan of London-Irish group The Pogues during the recording of RTÉ Radio 2's (now RTÉ 2fm) 'The BP Fallon Orchestra' (BPFO) in an RTÉ Radio Centre studio in September 1985. The band is interviewed in front of an audience that includes members of the press and traditional Irish musicians. O'Riordan was the group's bass player at the time this picture was taken. She is smoking a cigarette. This programme was briefly previewed in the RTÉ Guide on 20 September 1985. The interview was broadcast on 21 September 1985. | |
