Description |
Irish singer Dawn Martin, who represented Ireland in the 43rd Eurovision Song Contest held in Birmingham, England in May 1998. A similar photo from this shoot was published in an article in the RTÉ Guide on 8 May 1998. The article featured an interview with Martin about her singing career and her hopes in the Eurovision Song Contest. Martin performed the song 'Is always over now?', written and composed by Gerry Morgan, with the support of backing singers Karen Hamil and Paul Harrington. 'Dana International' won that year's Eurovision for Israel. RTÉ broadcast the show live on 9 May. |
