Irish Eurovision representative Molly Sterling with her band and songwriter Greg French on the red carpet at the official opening ceremony of the 60th Eurovision Song Contest held at the City Hall in Vienna, Austria, 17 May 2015. From left to right: drummer Jimmy Rainsford, backing singer Jessica Supple, Molly Sterling, backing singer Naomi Clarke, cellist Poilin Lynch, bassist Darren Sweeney and Greg French. Sterling performed the song 'Playing With Numbers' in the second Eurovision Song Contest semi-final held on 21 May 2015. Ireland did not qualify for the final. The 60th Eurovision Song Contest was broadcast live on RTÉ Television on 23 May 2015. |
